THE CLUB HOUSE
The Club House at the Residences of Georgian Green blends the casual French country style with the focus of a community setting. Designed to be a comfortable place to meet friends or to participate in community activities, the Club House exists to serve its community members.
Entering by the covered entranceway, members can book their T off times with the manager and pick up any necessary items at the pro shop. A self serve coffee bar starts the days events. Indoor activities include a library and reading area, a card room, the community mail boxes, a crafts/exercise room, a weight room, an entertainment room for large screen viewing and a 16 foot by 40 foot indoor swimming pool. Outdoor activities include relaxing deck areas and an outdoor whirlpool. The exterior is landscaped to maximize the natural setting overlooking the picturesque Mill Pond.
Activities are community oriented and are entirely optional. Social get togethers high light the calendar with specific activities tailored to the wishes of the members. Whether it is a quiet setting for two or more friends or a group activity, the facilities are designed to complement an active, but leisure life style.
The Club House construction is planned to begin during Phase II.
