The homes of Georgian Green surround a professionally designed, full length 9 hole golf course. Each fairway is designed with multiple T off boxes so as to give additional variety. There will be a standard 6,000 yard 18 hole combination, with mens and ladies T's, as well as a par 3, 9 hole set of T's. The course design combines the natural features of the property to take advantage of the slightly rolling landscape. Play commences and ends at the Club House, located next to the picturesque Mill Pond. Each of the 235 land owners owns a 235th interest in the golf course as it is part of the common elements. The monthly condominium maintenance fee includes all maintenance costs for the golf course. The course is a private course, not open to the public.
Members guests are welcome provided that members times are a priority. There is no charge for members guests. The golf course will be managed by the Club Manager and T off times should be reserved. Plans for the Club House include a pro shop.
