Servicing Approval – The Town of Parry Sound and the Township of Seguin have approved the servicing arrangements for the servicing of Georgian Green. February 6, 2008 – Servicing work for phase one should commence the second week of April, 2008.

Draft plan approval of all of the conditions has been approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing effective December 18, 2006.
The remaining waterfront lots on Richmond Lake have now been released for lot reservations in January 1st, 2007.
